This displays the Netscape preferences window as the script goes through its machinations. The advantage to this setting is that you know exactly what's happening, which discourages you from clicking elsewhere before the script has completed (which can cause problems). This can also help you determine whether you've chosen the right version of Netscape with the Prefs button.
This option does not display the Netscape preferences window, and instead displays a small warning message. This results in smoother operation, but don't click anywhere until the script has finished; switching apps while mid-script will hang the preferences window. You can un-hang it by clicking where the OK button would be if you could see it.
